A unique aspect of Teck's contribution to the construction of Commercial/Retail and Office buildings over the last two decades has been the incorporation of tilt-up concrete in buildings not normally desgined that way.  We've had particular success at converting conventional designs to a tilt-up structure and by doing so realizing significant cost savings and improvements in durability while maintaining an attractive architectural look.
